Volunteer your time

Become a lecturer

Over the 5 month program, both local and international lecturers take turns in sharing and teaching about the Bible and the Word of God.

Lecturers volunteer their time to attend and must pay for their own flights. Food and accommodation is provided during your stay.

If you have a passion for teaching others about the Bible and Christian Foundations, and wish to volunteer as a lecturer at the Bible College, please get in contact. We will connect you with Ps Murray Townsend for more information.

Critical to the success of the School of Ministries and building the South Pacific community has been the many individuals and teams who have visited to contribute their skills and experience to bring the School to life, share the Good News and build relationships.

There is always an opportunity for you to get involved.

Volunteer at the School of Ministries

We are always looking for volunteers who can help to maintain and improve the dormitory and lecture facilities.

From time to time, we are also in need of skilled and unskilled volunteers to help with specific building projects, such as new kitchen facilities, a new toilet block and installing solar power.

Volunteers will need to fund their own flights to and from the Solomon Islands. Food and accommodation will be provided.

Visit a local church

There are many local churches and villages across the Pacific that would love to connect with fellow Christians. We have seen these visits create intimate moments of worship and fellowship, as well as establishing life long connections.

Volunteers will need to fund their own flights both to, and within, the islands, depending on the location of the village.

Volunteer at the Primary School

As with the School of Ministries, there is also a need for volunteers to support the maintenance of the Primary School teaching facilities, and to help improve the school facilities.

From time to time, there is also a need for skilled and unskilled volunteers to help with building projects including: creating more classrooms, a new toilet block and repainting the building.

Volunteers will need to fund their own flights to and from the Solomon Islands, food and accommodation will be provided.
